South Korean Culture On The Rise, Princeton Next – The Princeton Sun

An increasing interest in South Korean entertainment and culture has been on the rise since the late 1990s.

Researchers at the World Association of Hallyu Studies, a non-profit association, are now determined, more than ever, to figure out the reasons behind this persistent surge.

WAHS, founded in 2013, is dedicated to advancing Hallyu Studies as a multidisciplinary body of knowledge and profession, with the aim of serving the public good and promoting international communication among differing cultures.
